Loungers Plc has announced corrections to its previously issued Annual General Meeting notice due to two typographical errors regarding the election of a director and the percentage of shares under option. The company clarified that Stephen Marshall is to be elected, not re-elected, and that the actual percentage of options outstanding represents 4.56% of issued share capital, not 3.22%. These corrections will be addressed at the AGM with no new documents sent to shareholders.
