Lorne Park Capital Completes $3.76M Debenture Placement

Lorne Park Capital (TSE:LPC) has released an update.

Lorne Park Capital Partners Inc. successfully completes a private placement of non-convertible unsecured debentures, raising $3.76 million with a 7.8% interest rate due in 2029. The funds will help redeem existing debentures and support general working capital, with insiders contributing $400,000 to the raise.
