Lori Hu has resigned from her position on the Board of Directors of Elevation Oncology, Inc., effective April 5, 2024. Her departure is amicable, with no disagreements cited regarding the company’s operations or practices. The Board expresses gratitude for Hu’s contributions and welcomes Darcy Mootz, Ph.D., to the Audit Committee, where she will assume the role vacated by Hu.
