Loraine Woodhouse Joins ABF’s Board of Directors

Associated British Foods (GB:ABF) has released an update.

Associated British Foods PLC has announced the appointment of Loraine Woodhouse as a Non-Executive Director, effective from October 1, 2024. Woodhouse, who brings a wealth of financial expertise from various sectors including retail and food, is set to join the Audit and Remuneration Committees, and is slated to chair the Audit Committee starting April 24, 2025. Her background includes significant roles at notable companies such as Waitrose and Costa Coffee.
