Loop Energy Explores Strategic Alternatives

Loop Energy, Inc. (TSE:LPEN) has released an update.

Loop Energy Inc., a hydrogen fuel cell manufacturer, has announced the termination of its February 9, 2024 amalgamation agreement with H2 Portable Power Corp., and is now exploring limited marketing opportunities for a potential sale or strategic partnership. However, the company cautions that there is no guarantee of a successful outcome and failure to secure a deal or additional funding may jeopardize its ongoing operations. An update from the Board of Directors is expected by the end of May.
