Loop Energy Inc. and H2 Portable Power Corp. announce a private placement offering aiming to raise C$15 million through the sale of subscription receipts. This financing is tied to a planned amalgamation which will result in H2 Portable becoming a publicly traded entity on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Subscription receipt holders will eventually receive shares and warrants in the combined entity after certain conditions are met.
