Longfor Group Holdings (HK:0960) has released an update.

Longfor Group Holdings Limited reported strong performance in August 2024, with total contracted sales of RMB6.51 billion and a GFA of 495,000 sqm. The company’s year-to-date sales hit RMB65.14 billion, while recurring income reached approximately RMB17.60 billion. Investors are cautioned, however, as these unaudited figures are preliminary and subject to change.
