Longfor Group Holdings Limited has announced a final dividend of RMB 0.23 per share for the financial year ending 31 December 2023, with a cash option and a scrip option yet to be priced. Shareholders have approved the dividend on 18 June 2024, and the payment date is set for 22 August 2024. The dividend will be paid in HKD at an exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.0978, equating to HKD 0.2525 per share.
