London Security PLC has appointed Andrew Kitchingman as an Independent non-executive director, enhancing their board with his extensive experience in corporate finance and governance. Kitchingman, a seasoned chartered accountant, brings a wealth of expertise from his service on various boards, including AIM listed Mpac Group plc. His role at London Security includes chairing the audit and risk committees and participating in the remuneration committee.
