London Security Announces Board Retirement

London Security (GB:LSC) has released an update.

London Security PLC has announced that Henry Shouler will retire from his role as Independent Non-Executive Director on August 5, 2024. The company expressed its gratitude for Shouler’s contributions and is currently in the process of finding a successor. An announcement regarding the new appointment will be made in the near future.
