London City Equities Ltd (AU:LCE) has released an update.
London City Equities Limited has reported a change in the indirect interest of Director David G Butel, following market purchases of 4,000 fully paid ordinary shares at 52.0 cents each, as per the latest director’s interest notice. The acquisition, which occurred on June 21, 2024, did not affect the number of securities held in Butel’s superannuation fund but increased his indirect holdings in Imperial Pacific Limited to 12,817,025 shares. There were no changes in director’s interests in contracts, and the transactions did not occur during a closed period.
