Loncor Gold Inc. has successfully concluded its annual shareholders’ meeting, resulting in the election of six directors with an overwhelming majority of votes in favor. The company, a Canadian entity focused on gold exploration in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, is progressing with its projects, including the notable Adumbi deposit. Recently, Loncor announced the sale of another key project, Makapela, which is expected to complete in the third quarter of 2024.
