Loma Negra Compañía Industrial Argentina Sociedad Anónima has announced that its indirect controlling shareholder, InterCement Participações, is in a negotiation phase with Compañía Siderurgica Nacional (CSN) regarding a potential acquisition deal. The exclusivity agreement for these negotiations is set to last until July 12th, 2024, although no binding documents have been signed yet. The company has committed to maintaining transparency and keeping the market updated as the situation progresses.
