Logitech (LOGI) has issued an update.
Logitech International S.A. has appointed Matteo Anversa as their new Chief Financial Officer, starting September 1, 2024. An experienced executive, Anversa’s career has spanned leadership roles at Gentherm Incorporated, Myers Industries, Inc., and Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, and he played a key role in Ferrari’s IPO. His compensation package at Logitech includes a $700,000 base salary with a bonus target of 95%, equity awards, and a substantial replacement bonus to compensate for forfeited earnings from his previous employer. Anversa will also receive various executive benefits, including relocation assistance and indemnification as per the company’s standard agreements.
