Logitech International S.A. has announced that board member Patrick Aebischer will not seek re-election at the 2024 Annual General Meeting due to the company’s board service limits. Additionally, Wendy Becker has decided not to stand for re-election at the 2025 AGM, provided she is re-elected in 2024. Both departures are unrelated to disagreements with the company’s operations or policies.
