Logistics Development Group plc has completed a share buyback program, repurchasing 205,053 ordinary shares at a uniform price of 11.1478p each, as previously announced on April 4, 2023. The buyback concludes with the company’s issued share capital standing at 524,350,394 ordinary shares. The share repurchase was conducted through Investec Bank PLC as the company’s broker.
