Lode Gold Resources Inc. has struck a strategic alliance with Fancamp Exploration Ltd. with a $3.5 million investment, forming a joint venture that creates one of New Brunswick’s largest mineral claims holdings. The partnership will see Fancamp become a significant shareholder in both Lode Gold and its subsidiary, Gold Orogen, which is planned to be spun out and listed separately. This move bolsters Lode Gold’s asset base and positions it for upcoming exploration and potential discoveries.
