L’Occitane International S.A. has announced that their offer to acquire all issued and outstanding shares has become unconditional, with significant shareholder acceptances. Prior to the offer period, the Offeror Concert Group already controlled over 72% of shares, and with recent acceptances, they will hold approximately 97.8% of the total issued shares. The offer remains open, and the company is proceeding with compulsory acquisition notices for remaining shares.
