Shareholders of L’Occitane International SA have approved the GA Disposal resolution at the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) held on June 21, 2024, with an overwhelming majority. The approval by the Disinterested Shareholders fulfills a condition for the Offers previously announced, moving the company closer to the completion of the GA Disposal process. The company has stated it will make further announcements regarding the status of the Offers in due course.
