Lobe Sciences Ltd., a biopharmaceutical company, has established Alera Pharma, Inc. as a wholly owned subsidiary to advance its neurological assets, including the promising compound Psilocin Mucate. The new subsidiary, helmed by CEO Rick Goulburn and Chairman Dr. Frederick D. Sancilio, aims to concentrate on neurology-focused developments within the Lobe Sciences group.
