Lloyds Banking (GB:LLOY) has released an update.
Lloyds Banking Group PLC has reported the acquisition of 19,250,885 of its own ordinary shares, with prices ranging from 55.3800 to 55.8800 pence per share under its ongoing share buyback program. The company has announced the intention to cancel the purchased shares, which were bought from Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc.
