Lloyds Banking (GB:LLOY) has released an update.
Lloyds Banking Group PLC has reported the purchase of 11,624,888 of its own ordinary shares at prices ranging between 55.3800 to 56.1200 pence per share, with an average price of 55.8620 pence. This stock buyback is part of the company’s ongoing share repurchase program, and the company plans to cancel the acquired shares. The buyback was conducted through Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc as per the instructions previously announced in February 2024.
