Livzon Pharmaceutical Group Inc. has issued a clarification regarding errors in their recent announcement concerning the dividend rate and the declaration of a cash dividend instead of a bonus issue. The corrected dividend rate is HKD14.8203 per 10 H Shares, inclusive of tax, and no bonus issue was declared. All other details from the original announcement remain the same.
