Livingstone Health Holdings Limited has announced the receipt of a listing and quotation notice for nearly 47.6 million new shares, which are to be issued as part of a proposed acquisition. The successful listing on the SGX-ST is contingent upon the company meeting specific listing requirements. Shareholder approval will be sought at the upcoming AGM on July 31, 2024, for the necessary share issuance mandate.
