LivePerson, Inc. has entered into a Cooperation Agreement with Vector Capital, its largest shareholder, to refresh its Board of Directors with new appointments aimed at enhancing corporate governance and shareholder value. The agreement includes nominating Dan Fletcher, CFO of Planful, as one of the new directors and adding another mutually agreed candidate. This strategic move is designed to leverage industry expertise and operational insights to support LivePerson’s long-term goals and drive value for its investors.
