Humanforce Holdings Pty Ltd has made an unconditional on-market takeover bid for all ordinary shares of LiveHire Ltd, as announced in a target’s statement issued today. The LiveHire Directors have unanimously recommended shareholders to accept the offer, barring any superior proposal. Shareholders are advised to seek professional counsel for any uncertainties regarding the takeover.
