LiveHire Limited has announced that Director Henry Adrian Ludski has sold his entire stake of 5,003,000 fully paid ordinary shares at $0.045 per share in an off-market transaction to Humanforce Holdings Pty Ltd. This sale was disclosed following a recent change in the director’s interest, as per the company’s statement issued on August 14, 2024. The shares were held through various entities controlled by Ludski, including trusts and family accounts.
