LiveHire Limited has notified the ASX of a significant change in director Christy Lyn Forest’s interests, with the off-market sale of all her 35,291,598 fully paid ordinary shares at $0.045 each to Humanforce Holdings Pty Ltd. Following the sale, Forest still holds over 7 million rights within the company, including Service, LTI, and STI Rights, as detailed in the company’s recent Target Statement.
