Live Verdure Ltd has announced the issuance of 900,000 unlisted options expiring on April 22, 2027, at an exercise price of $0.10, which are set to be issued on April 22, 2024. This move, detailed in their latest Appendix 3G filing, is aimed at increasing the company’s financing options without diluting current stockholder equity.
