Live Company Group PLC has provided an update indicating ongoing discussions with two potential strategic investors, with the aim of finalizing terms by the end of June 2024. The company has experienced a slower than anticipated build-up in its BrickLive business pipeline, leading to a potential need for additional funding, which has been temporarily mitigated by a further loan from the Chairman. Additionally, the company has settled debts with creditors through equity issuance and has appointed a new auditor, Moore Kingston Smith, to handle the full year 2023 audit.
