Little Green Pharma Ltd has announced an addendum to the notice of its upcoming annual general meeting, which includes new resolutions regarding the approval of LTIP Options issuance to two key individuals, Angus Caithness and Fleta Solomon. Shareholders who have already voted can use a Replacement Proxy Form to vote on these additional resolutions or change prior votes. The meeting is scheduled to take place virtually on 29 August 2024.
