Board of Directors after 11 years due to reaching the mandatory retirement age, leading to the Board’s decision to decrease its size from ten to nine members. Kristina Cerniglia and Dr. Gregory Henderson have assumed new roles within the Board committees. At the Annual Meeting, all nine director nominees were elected for the coming year, the executive officers’ compensation received approval, and Deloitte & Touche LLP was ratified as the independent auditors for the fiscal year 2024.
