Litigation Capital Management Limited (LIT) has announced the repurchase of 4,000 of its Ordinary Shares at 109 pence each through Canaccord Genuity Limited on the London Stock Exchange, as part of its Share Buyback Programme. Following the transaction, LIT’s issued share capital now totals 116,445,682 Ordinary Shares, with Canaccord holding approximately 2.37% of this total. The company has indicated that further announcements will follow upon the completion of additional purchases under the program.
