Litigation Capital Management Limited has announced that Canaccord Genuity Limited has purchased 21,000 of its ordinary shares as part of a Share Buyback Program initiated in October 2023. These transactions took place on the London Stock Exchange with individual share prices ranging from 109.00 to 111.50 pence. Following this buyback, the total number of shares in issue is 116,624,709, with Canaccord holding about 2.21% of the total share capital on behalf of the company.
