Litian Pictures Holdings Limited has announced significant shifts in its board of directors, effective from 13 August 2024, including the resignation of three key members and the appointment of three new directors. The shake-up includes changes to the executive director position, as well as the chairmanships and memberships of the Audit and Remuneration Committees. The company expressed its appreciation for the contributions of the outgoing members, particularly Ms. Fu, who will continue her association with the company in other roles.
