Alchemist Mining (TSE:LITS) has released an update.
LiTHOS Group Ltd. has announced its intent to acquire 1481450 B.C. Ltd., which will include the acquisition of Reservoir Imaging Solutions LLC, a holder of the TiERRA™ microseismic imaging technology. This cutting-edge technology is set to enhance LiTHOS’s offerings in the lithium market, with potential applications in geothermal energy and carbon capture. The transaction, pending due diligence and final agreements, is expected to close by July 31, 2024, with financial benefits from RIS’s innovative services already reflected in their recent revenue growth.
