Lithium Universe Limited has announced the issue of a total of 68 million new unquoted equity securities, categorized into four classes of performance rights, each class consisting of 17 million securities, set to expire on July 12, 2029. These securities are part of an employee incentive scheme and will not be quoted on the ASX.
