Lithium Universe Limited has successfully completed two environmental field studies at the Bécancour Waterfront Industrial Park site for their proposed lithium refinery, revealing no significant biological concerns and low ecological value wetlands. The findings, which include the absence of certain at-risk species and the presence of invasive species in delineated wetlands, support the company’s ongoing environmental assessments and planning for the future refinery. Further surveys are scheduled to continue through the mid-year months to ensure comprehensive environmental due diligence.
