Lithium South Development Corporation has upsized its private placement offering to 13,175,826 units at $0.30 each, due to strong investor demand, aiming to raise approximately $3.95 million. The proceeds are earmarked for the advancement of the HMN Lithium Project in Argentina and for general corporate purposes. The offering, which includes common shares and warrants, is still subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
