Lithium Royalty Corp. has expanded its portfolio by acquiring a 1.5% royalty in a Brazilian lithium project from M4E Lithium Ltda., marking its third such investment in Brazil’s burgeoning lithium market. The $1.5 million deal increases LRC’s total number of royalties to 35 since its 2023 IPO, reinforcing its commitment to supporting leading lithium production in the Americas. M4E’s significant exploration landholdings across key lithium-rich areas in Brazil position LRC favorably in the rapidly developing lithium sector.
