Lithium Chile Proposes Warrant Expiry Extensions

Lithium Chile Inc (TSE:LITH) has released an update.

Lithium Chile Inc. has announced its intention to extend the expiry dates of outstanding Warrants from two separate non-brokered private placements, originally set to expire on June 30, 2024, to September 30, 2024. This extension aims to give warrant holders the opportunity to participate in the forthcoming spin-out of the company’s two new subsidiaries. The extension is pending approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.
