Lithium Australia NL (AU:LIT) has released an update.
Lithium Australia NL has announced the successful third drawdown of approximately A$1.3m from a convertible note with Mineral Resources, aimed at funding a demonstration plant engineering study and piloting activities for their LieNA technology. The company is on track to form a 50:50 joint venture with MinRes, with plans to license the technology to both new and existing spodumene mines globally. This step reflects significant progress under the joint development agreement, as Lithium Australia continues to advance towards sustainable lithium production.
