Lithium Americas (Argentina) Corp. has announced a partnership with Ganfeng Lithium, which will acquire a 15% stake in their Pastos Grandes project for $70 million. The deal enhances Lithium Americas’ financial position and supports the development of lithium projects in Argentina. It includes a regional development plan and the potential adoption of innovative extraction technology, with the completion expected in the second quarter of 2024.
