The appointments increase the board to eight members, enhancing the company’s governance as it develops its lithium carbonate production for electric vehicles and lithium-ion batteries. Moretto and Pigott bring valuable experience as the company expands its Caucharí-Olaroz lithium brine operation in Argentina, aiming to boost shareholder value through sustainable practices.
