Literacy Capital PLC (GB:BOOK) has released an update.
Literacy Capital PLC announced that Miral Patel, a key management member, exercised 75,000 warrants at £1.60 each, resulting in 175,000 new Ordinary Shares expected to be traded on the London Stock Exchange from July 2, 2024. The transaction doesn’t affect the net asset value per share as of the last report, and following the admission, the total number of shares with voting rights will stand at 60,175,000.
