Literacy Capital PLC (GB:BOOK) has released an update.
Literacy Capital PLC reports that two key management personnel, Oliver Cox and Thomas Vernon, have exercised a total of 100,000 warrants at £1.60 per share, which will add the same number of new ordinary shares to the market. This transaction is set to take place on the London Stock Exchange and will not affect the company’s net asset value as previously accounted for. Post-admission, the total number of voting rights in Literacy Capital will be 60,100,000 ordinary shares.
