Lisi Group (Holdings) Limited has released its audited consolidated annual financial results for the year ended March 31, 2024, showing an increase in gross profit from RMB 628,182,000 in 2023 to RMB 695,224,000 in 2024. The company’s profit for the year from continuing operations was RMB 325,051,000, up from RMB 269,764,000 in the previous year, despite no profit from discontinued operations compared to RMB 2,067,715,000 in 2023. Basic and diluted earnings per share from continuing operations also rose to 4.04 RMB cents from 3.35 RMB cents year over year.
