Lisi Group (Holdings) Limited has disclosed major internal funds transfers between its subsidiaries and connected transactions, all settled by June 2024, which were subject to shareholder approval per Listing Rules. Additionally, Lisi Household pre-paid for raw materials in anticipation of an order which ultimately fell through; however, the company secured full refunds from the suppliers. These transactions were highlighted during annual financial preparations and will be presented in the financial statements.
