Lions Gate CEO Feltheimer’s Contract Renewed with Incentives

Lions Gate Entertainment Class A (LGF.A) has issued an announcement.

Lions Gate Entertainment Corp. has renewed its CEO Jon Feltheimer’s contract through July 31, 2029, with a $1.5 million annual salary, potential annual bonuses starting at $7.5 million, and further performance-linked incentives, including stock options and share units. The comprehensive agreement includes benefits such as life insurance and limited private aircraft use. Feltheimer is also entitled to significant severance benefits, with the addition of full vesting of equity awards upon termination under specific conditions.
