Lion Rock Group Limited has announced the acquisition of a Credit Link Note issued by Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. for US$10 million, aimed at improving returns on idle funds through low-risk, short-term investment matching the Group’s funding needs. The Directors have deemed the transaction fair and reasonable, beneficial for the company and its shareholders, and compliant with the Listing Rules as a disclosable transaction.
